What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 9am to 5pm every day during the winter season.

How much does it cost to rent a Boat from Pink Dolphin?

We offer attractive pricing depending on if you are renting for the day, a couple of days, or for the week.

Our minimum rental is half day, four hours

- Regular half day rate $980 +12% tax (summer rate May to mid Nov $735+)

- Regular day rate - $1,280+ (summer rate $960+)

- Tour Captains for hire is an additional fee

What safety measures do you have in place?

All of our boats are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguisher, and other safety equipment required by TCI licensing. We provide a safety briefing before each rental to ensure you feel confident on the water.

Can I cancel my boat rental reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental period for a full refund.

I want to cancel my boat rental reservation. What is the procedure?

You cancel anytime before 48 hours of your tour. You have 100% refund. Simply email us at Reso@pinkdolphinboatrentals.com

Should I book my boat rental in advance?

We highly recommend you book your boat rental as far in advance as possible to ensure there is a boat available at the time you would like to go. Bookings are required to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if the weather conditions are not favorable?

If weather conditions are poor you will be given the option of an alternate date or full refund. Poor weather conditions include high wind, thunderstorms, rain forecast of >40% chance of rain.

Where do we meet?

Daily rentals we can launch from South Bank Marina or Leeward Marina. We can also deliver the boat to your villas on a canal, which is preferred for multi-day rental options.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed on the boat?

We have a strict policy that operators of the boat are not to consume alcohol on the boat or be intoxicated/impaired while driving the boat. All guests on the boat, not operating the boat, must drink responsibly. For everyone’s safety, glass containers are not permitted.
