What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 9am to 6pm every day during the summer season.

What safety measures do you have in place?

All of our boats are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment. We also provide a safety briefing before each rental.

Can I cancel my boat rental reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental period for a full refund.

I want to cancel my boat rental reservation. What is the procedure?

You cancel anytime before 48 hours of your tour. You have 100% refund. Simply email us at Info@pinkdolphinboatrentals.com

Should I book my boat rental in advance?

We highly recommend you book your boat rental as far in advance as possible to ensure there is a boat available at the time you would like to go. Bookings are required to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if the weather conditions are not favorable?

If cancelled due to poor weather you will be given the option of an alternate date or full refund.

Where do we meet?

Daily rentals location is South Bank Marina. For weekly rentals to villas on a canal, boats can be delivered to location. We provide you an interactive map for easy directions to the location.

Are alcoholic beverages and refreshments allowed?

You can bring your own alcoholic beverages as long as all guests drink responsibly. A cooler with ice is an optional add-on. For everyone’s safety, glass containers are not permitted. Boat is not to be operated while under the influence.
